Interpretation is my gift, and aside from my family and good food, it is my greatest joy.  I love to bridge the gap between people who speak different languages, be it in a court-room, conference room, large banquet hall, doctor's office or an interpreting booth. And recently, I even interpreted at a Tony Robbins event.

I am court certified in Spanish/English and registered in French and Romanian. (There is no state-level certification available for French & Romanian.) I have been certified since 2011 but have been passionate about languages since I was a school-girl.

As for my formal training, I graduated from UCLA in 2007 with a BA in French. I continued at UCLA Extension in 2008 where I got a certificate in Translation & Interpretation.  And from 2009-2011, I studied at the Southern California School of Interpretation where I also received a certificate in Interpreting in Criminal Proceedings. I have attended numerous trainings since then to further my education and perfect my skills and love when I get to travel to the many countries where my working languages are spoken.

Before I began interpreting, I worked as a subsitute teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District. I also worked many years as a pharmacy technician, a tutor, a library assistant, and a high-school student volunteer at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles.
